30 Day Challenge: Workout 2




So sorry for the delay friends! We had some internet issues on the road. Here's your workout:

12 Tricep Push-ups
12 Bicep Curls
12 Tricep Kickbacks

Do 3 sets of each. For extra credit you can use weights or soup cans!  Hope you enjoy! Sorry again for the delay!
