30 Day Challenge: Workout 3

      So welcome to week 2 of our 30 Day Challenge! Hope you all have recovered from last week.....our internet has thankfully recovered!  Without further's your workout:

20 crunches
20 cross crunches
20 oblique twists
20 lower leg lifts
20 crunches
20 left side crunches
20 right side crunches
20 oblique twists
20 v-ups
1 min plank

      Now take a deep breath and stretch out those abs! Awesome work! I know this is a killer but it gets us one step closer to those abs we all dream of! Check back Wednesday for our next workout! (this time we'll make it on time)
