30 Day Challenge: Workout 4

   
     After this workout you will have made it through the first 2 weeks and of our 30 day challenge! If you did the Monday Muscle with us you have been working out consistently for 5 weeks now!!!! What an accomplishment that is! Next week we will ramp it up again to 3 times a week. I promise to keep them quick but effective. No one wants to spend hours trying to be fit (at least I don't have hours to spend). So although these are pretty challenging, you're getting a lot of bang for your buck! Just push through and rock those killer arms! Let me know what you think and if you've had a favorite workout so far!  Here goes nothing:
