     Since this is our last workout for the week, we're gonna give it our all! This may be a challenge for some but do what you can and know it's more than what you could do before! Let me know how you did with this challenge!

15 Jumping Jacks

10 Jumping Jacks
10 Pushups
5 Jumping Jacks
5 Crunches
5 Squats
5 Pushups
